WIndlands è un action adventure game in cui dovrete farvi strada in un mondo pericoloso, semidistrutto e abitato da giganteschi golem pronti alla guerra”. In sostanza, si tratta di un gioco in pieno stile “Zelda” e “Shadow of the Colossus” che ha però dalla sua il supporto della tecnologia Oculus Rift. Questa vi consentirà di trasformarvi in dei veri e propri supereroi, capaci di compiere salti enormi, svolazzare in aria appesi a rampini e giocare a fare gli equilibristi su stretti ripiani che metteranno a dura prova le vostre vertigini. Una delle sensazioni più belle di questo gioco è infatti quella di lanciarvi da una liana all’altra, esattamente come Tarzan, provando l’ebbrezza di muoversi nell’aria in totale libertà. Le proporzioni gargantuesche del gioco sono pensate per darvi una sensazione di forte straniamento, che rendono questo titolo particolarmente adatto alla VR.
